Prevents duplicates in integrity check process. Fixes reverting diagram via page 404 due to retention clean up. Fixes links including plus sign not working. The Gliffy mass importer tool is now fixed, a large number of users had requested this on Conf 8.x recently. If you have retention enabled, you need this release. 
Most of note is the change for dealing with Confluence rentention.
